List of Known Errors and their Meaning:
- Name Does not match the name from DHA for ID

- Please note that this error is due to a new verification check implemented by the FSCA.
- The error occurs when the Rep's "Last Name, Name" is not recognised as the same "Last Name, Name" recorded by the Department of Home Affairs against that ID Number.
- Please verify that the Rep's Last Name, Name is correct as per the Rep's ID Document.
- Then proceed to update the Rep's "Last Name, Name" to align with the "Last Name, Name" associated with that ID Number, and try again.
2. Experience Missing!;The date appointed and the date appointed per product is not the same - please state date appointment as a Representative!
- Activate the user again.
- Add products per DOFA & LFAD
- Export the user again.
- Deactivate tracking
- Export removal
