An FSP must ensure that its Staff Members at all times satisfy the requirements of honesty, integrity, and good standing.
There is no statutory requirement on how often an FSP must verify whether or not its Staff Members meet these requirements.
However, it is considered best practice to set up a Character Declaration every two months.
